The problem
Trade contractors document job-site safety on paper: hazard checklists, PPE sign-offs, and before/after photos that get lost, never centralized, and are nearly impossible to produce when a claim or audit comes up.
Who experiences it
Small and mid-size trade contractors (construction, electrical, HVAC, and similar field crews) who need a defensible safety record without hiring a compliance team.
What we built
A crew-facing safety platform: pre-job hazard identification and risk scoring, PPE and control checklists, timestamped before/after job photos, and signature-based accountability, all rolled into audit-ready PDF reports for clients and insurers.
Product decisions
- Built the workflow around the three moments that matter on a job: before (hazard planning), during (site changes, photos), and after (report generation) instead of a generic form builder.
- Made photo and signature capture mobile-first since the people documenting risk are on job sites, not at a desk.
- Gated features by subscription tier (job limits, seats, branded PDFs, audit logs) so the product scales from a solo contractor to a multi-crew business.
